Learn how to make the perfect choux pastry from scratch and how to pipe, bake and fill your own éclairs and choux. Challenge yourself into building a mini croquembouche (traditional French wedding cake) and showcase your new talent to family and friends.
We will approach:
Equipment, tools and ingredients, as well as aprons, hairnets and bags to carry the products home, will be provided by NBS. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes with closed toes.
