'Get Ahead’ of the crowd with our free quick-start online programme, where friendly staff in the University’s support teams will introduce you to the various tools, practices, and services that you will use on a daily basis throughout your learning journey.Sessions will cover:
- Life at LSBU, as told by some of our current students
- Where to find and how to use the library
- Questions you may have about student finances
- How LSBU cares for your mental health and wellbeing, and much more.

Details of all of our events to welcome new students are on our myLSBU App.
On the app, which is an essential part of your LSBU toolkit, you will find information about your induction. It will be the place to go for your timetable, library account, email, events and the latest news, once you have fully enrolled.

Visit the search page for your LSBU course reading lists. Type the name of your course, and select it from the list of results. Then browse your modules within that course.
You can cross-reference with your course page on the LSBU website to determine the modules of interest.
