We're a name with value when it comes to healthcare and enhancing our support for the NHS is one of the key goals of the Institute of Health and Social Care. We’re training the next generation of nurses to meet the needs of the area’s physical and mental wellbeing and addressing a severe shortage in Croydon. By pairing specialist facilities with local placements in multidisciplinary environments, we make career-ready carers that make an impact on their communities as soon as they graduate.

Our Croydon campus is home to the only Chiropractic course in London, bringing you closer to the heart of the action, and a head start into employment.

You will be graduating from Croydon with the right skills, experience and confidence, knowing that opportunities will be knocking at your door!

Facilities

Our public facing teaching clinic will give chiropractic students real world experience as they treat the Croydon community. It will include nine treatment spaces and a large rehabilitation space for students to work with their patients in.

Nursing students will have access to state-of-the-art simulation space, that can be adapted for a general ward space, emergency room and critical care areas with hi-fidelity manakins. Our nursing skills spaces allow us to flex to different needs and professional requirements, and adapt to the ever changing health environment.

Placements

Studying and working local is important. As a Nursing student, you’ll apply your learning in a variety of clinical and health care settings, including placements on general medical and surgical wards, critical care areas such as A&E departments or intensive care units in leading NHS Trusts in and around the Croydon area and Gatwick triangle.
