You'll gain valuable experience in a wide range of clinical settings, with placements available in major London and South East hospitals. Successful completion of our BSc (Hons) Midwifery and BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing courses leads to the awarding of both an Honours degree and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

A qualified midwife gives necessary care, advice and supervision, to women during pregnancy, labour and the postpartum period. They are responsible for overseeing deliveries and the care of newborn babies for the first 28 days of their lives.
