Annual leave at LSBU starts from a competitive 26.5 days for support staff and up to 35 days for Academic positions, alongside bank holidays. We also offer additional closure days over the Christmas period (role dependent). We also offer a range of additional and special leave to ensure you are able to take time off, when you most need it.
We offer a defined benefits pension scheme for support staff with employer contributions up to 10%. We also operate the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) for Academic staff and support both the Universities Superannuation Scheme (LSS) and the Local Government Scheme (LGPS).
