| Description | London Primary Care Quality Academy: Complex Care - Frequent Attenders In Primary CareThe HSIL has been struck by the volume of unmet complex needs in the practices, which are part of the Primary Care Quality Academy. Having looked at this mode closely they are finding circa 40% of the need is ’struggling / trouble with life’. Given that this type of need isn't amenable to a short GP consultation, their practices are working on better ways of supporting people with complex needs. This PCQA event focuses on their findings and what they are doing, including some great ideas from the UK, Australia and America. The team is hoping to talk to colleagues from abroad by Skype during the event. Join us for lunch and some great discussions about our Primary Care Services. |
