ManageHex is a B2B SaaS platform that provides an all-in-one operating system for restaurants, cafés, pubs, and event-led hospitality businesses. It combines QR ordering, payments, kitchen and waiter workflows, inventory management, reporting, staff management, and business analytics into a single browser-based platform.

Unlike traditional hospitality systems that require multiple disconnected tools, ManageHex gives venues one integrated solution to manage daily operations while helping owners improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.

Share the problem/need you are looking to address and how your business meets this need. 

Hospitality businesses often rely on multiple disconnected systems for point-of-sale, QR ordering, reporting, inventory, staff management, and customer engagement. This creates inefficiencies, duplicate work, higher costs, limited visibility into business performance, and poor coordination between teams.

ManageHex solves this problem by bringing these functions together into one integrated platform. Every operational activity, from customer orders and payments to stock movements and staff actions, is captured in a single system, providing real-time operational insights and reducing manual work.

The platform also enables venues to host high-volume events using the same system through its Live Mode, while allowing customer payments to go directly into the venue's own payment account, increasing trust and reducing financial complexity.

What inspired your idea and business?

The idea for ManageHex came from observing how many hospitality businesses struggled with fragmented technology. Restaurants were forced to use separate systems for ordering, payments, reporting, staffing, and analytics, making operations more complicated instead of more efficient.

We recognised an opportunity to build a single platform that simplifies operations, improves decision-making through real-time data, and supports both everyday restaurant service and event-based hospitality without requiring expensive hardware or multiple software subscriptions.

What has been the best part of your entrepreneurial journey?

The most rewarding part has been turning a complex idea into a working platform that solves genuine problems for hospitality businesses.

Building the technology from the ground up and seeing how each feature contributes to making restaurant operations simpler, more efficient, and more transparent has been incredibly motivating. Every stage of development has strengthened our vision of creating a platform that delivers real value to businesses.

What advice would you give aspiring entrepreneurs just starting their journey?

Focus on solving a real problem rather than chasing a trend. Spend time understanding your customers, listen to their feedback, and keep improving your product based on their needs. Build something that creates measurable value, stay resilient when challenges arise, and remember that progress comes from consistent learning and continuous improvement rather than trying to achieve perfection from the beginning.

What support would be most beneficial for your business at this stage? What are you looking for help on?

At this stage, we are looking for support with customer acquisition, pilot opportunities, and strategic business growth.

Access to hospitality networks, experienced mentors, and introductions to potential pilot venues would help us validate the platform and accelerate market adoption. We would also benefit from guidance on investment readiness, scaling a SaaS business, and building partnerships within the UK hospitality technology ecosystem.
