LSBU Graduate Credits University for His Success at Tesla

Ricardo Scheel, a recent graduate of London South Bank University (LSBU), has landed his dream job at Tesla after studying BA (Hons) Business Management with Project Management at LSBU. Reflecting on his time at LSBU, Ricardo says that his decision to study at the university was "one of the best decisions I've ever made."

Ricardo chose LSBU for its innovative and practical approach to teaching, and credits the university's well-rounded education, ambitious students, and supportive teachers for his current success. LSBU's practical courses, built with world-leading industry partners and with opportunities to get hands-on experience in the workplace, ensure graduates hit the ground running. The university is proud to be ranked 2nd among modern London competitors for Business Management.

Reflecting on the course, Ricardo describes how LSBU provided a range of resources and facilities "that allowed me to explore and apply the theories and concepts learned in the classroom." "The modules were carefully designed to provide a well-rounded education that equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge for my future career."

Despite the challenges of balancing part-time work with his academic commitments, Ricardo was inspired by his fellow students to always strive to succeed. Help was also at hand with supportive and encouraging teachers, including LSBU Business School lecturer, Yama Abdullahi.

LSBU is more than just a place of learning. It is a vibrant community that is rich in diversity and culture. Spending time with friends and attending the events and activities organised by the LSBU Student Union "provided a much-needed break from the stress of coursework and work".

Now working full-time in the Energy & Charging department for Tesla, Ricardo confidently says that his decision to study at LSBU "was one of the best decisions I've ever made". He is "grateful for the education and experiences that LSBU provided" and is always open to connecting with students or alumni to offer support and guidance post-graduation.

LSBU is proud to have played a part in Ricardo's success and wishes him all the best for his future career.
