Kaloyan Georgiev - Immerse Vision

Tell us about your business.

Immerse Vision helps institutes that want to showcase their premises and features in a modernized and engaging way, by providing them with 3D virtual models and virtual tours of their properties, supported by various information, details and supportive materials - all inside the scans. Those institutes can vary from real estate companies, universities, museums, small business owners or any other creative institute that seeks to obtain a strong online presence and recognition.

The end result we deliver is an immersive 3D twin model of any place containing all the necessary information. The viewers can virtually "walk around the space" with ease, as they would in person which gives them incredibly accurate details of everything they want to know and creates a real, strong connection between them and the premises.

Share the problem/need you are looking to address and how your business meets this need. What do people need and how does your business fix the problem/provide a solution?

At Immerse Vision, we address a growing need for institutions and businesses to present their physical spaces in a way that is both informative and engaging. In an era where decisions are often made online, static images or traditional videos rarely communicate the full scope, atmosphere, and value of a location. This gap leaves potential visitors, clients, and partners without the clarity or confidence they need.

Our solution is to create immersive 3D digital twins of real-world environments, which enable organizations to showcase their premises with unmatched clarity and engagement. By transforming physical locations into rich, explorable virtual experiences, we help our clients strengthen their online presence, communicate their unique offerings, and build trust with audiences anywhere in the world.

What inspired your idea and business?

The concept for our virtual tours business was born out of a conversation with a friend several years ago. We were discussing how people often struggle to truly understand or appreciate a space without visiting it in person, and how traditional photos and videos rarely do justice to the atmosphere or layout of a location. This initiated a great idea and an opportunity to build a service that showcases spaces in a true-to-life way.

That early idea has since evolved into our passion and a mission to help organizations bring their spaces to life online creating real connections for their audiences.

What has been the best part of your entrepreneurial journey?

The most rewarding part of my entrepreneurial journey has been becoming part of a community of like-minded people. Being surrounded by other entrepreneurs has given me the chance to build genuine connections, exchange ideas, and learn from experiences.

I’ve also had the opportunity to attend seminars, workshops, and networking events that not only expanded my knowledge but helped me develop my own entrepreneurial skills. This combination of learning, growth, and connection has been invaluable in shaping both my mindset and my business.

What advice would you give aspiring entrepreneurs just starting their journey?

Asking questions and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Building something new is complex, and collaboration, feedback, and mentorship can accelerate progress.

Also I believe that nothing is worth “at any cost”, meaning that if things don’t go as planned or you’re overwhelmed, there will always be another opportunity. Everything will fall into place as long as you prioritize your goals and find solutions in a way that works best for you.

What support would be most beneficial for your business at this stage? What are you looking for help on?

At this stage, our main priority is to expand our client base. While we already have the capability to deliver high-quality virtual tours, we’re looking for support in connecting with the right audiences — particularly real estate companies, educational institutions, museums, and other creative organizations that could benefit from showcasing their spaces.

We are also looking for support in marketing and promotion to reach the right audiences and increase the visibility and awareness of our services.
