Families and Schools need practical, real-world strategies and knowledge they can rely on during the challenging moments, like the emotional meltdowns, the impulsive-hyperactivity and more. Often families and educators are stuck in the “shame” or “confusion” zone - unsure of how to respond.
The Pathways Centre makes reaching research-led strategies, tools and knowledge accessible for all.
What inspired your idea and business?
My 10+ years of working in Education, observing the different levels of knowledge and tools each parent and educator had. I wondered what our children’s future could be like if everyone had access to somewhere they could get high quality information from.
What has been the best part of your entrepreneurial journey?
The best part has been bringing my vision to life. From developing ideas and frameworks independently, to delivering CPD training to professionals in schools under The Pathways Centre.
What advice would you give aspiring entrepreneurs just starting their journey?
Always centre your - ‘why’. Don’t focus on the ‘what’ or ‘who’ first. Always the why and everything will follow.
