Tell us about your business.

Solivictus Group Limited is a London-based private company that imports and sells high-quality, affordable clothing and lifestyle products. We launched our journey through Amazon, offering trend-driven items such as women’s apparel, jewellery, and accessories.

Leveraging our deep ties to the renowned Bangladeshi garment industry, we are building our own clothing brand to deliver stylish yet accessible fashion to UK consumers. Our goal is to scale across e-commerce and B2B markets, creating a trusted brand that bridges quality, culture, and value.

Share the problem/need you are looking to address and how your business meets this need.

In today’s fast-paced retail space, many consumers seek affordable, stylish clothing without compromising on quality. We address this by sourcing directly from Bangladesh—one of the world's most efficient and skilled clothing manufacturing hubs. Through direct sourcing, brand control, and transparent pricing, we eliminate middlemen and pass savings and reliability to customers. Our long-term value lies in creating an ethical, scalable brand that supports both UK buyers and Bangladeshi suppliers.

What inspired your idea and business?

As someone born in Bangladesh and now living in the UK, I saw a unique opportunity to combine my roots with my entrepreneurial ambition. Bangladesh’s reputation for textile manufacturing is world-class, and with the right connections, we can access excellent products.

I was inspired to not only build a business, but to create a bridge between two economies—supporting suppliers back home while meeting real needs here in the UK.

What has been the best part of your entrepreneurial journey?

The most rewarding part has been building something from the ground up—seeing ideas evolve into real products, connecting with customers, and building a brand that reflects who we are and where we come from.

Launching in the UK as a first-generation entrepreneur and creating international supply chains has been both challenging and empowering.

What advice would you give aspiring entrepreneurs just starting their journey?

Start with your strengths, stay consistent, and don’t let fear of failure hold you back. Use your background as a source of power. Research your market well, build a strong network, and don’t be afraid to start small and learn fast.

What support would be most beneficial for your business at this stage? What are you looking for help on?

We’re looking for mentorship, exposure, and small-scale investment to scale up our inventory and branding efforts.

Introductions to retail networks, supplier partnerships, and content creators would also help us grow our presence in both B2C and B2B spaces.

Where can we find more information about your business? Do you have a website, social media channels, or a shop?

We are active on Amazon UK and are currently building our dedicated e-commerce site at solivictus.co.uk. You can also find us on Instagram and TikTok.
