What is your current focus?

I am currently finishing a large-scale retrofit project in Lewisham, where I lead the delivery team working on three tower blocks under the SHDF scheme. The project has involved extensive external refurbishment, insulation upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements to bring the buildings up to modern performance standards. Beyond the technical delivery, my role has focused on coordinating multiple stakeholders including the client, residents, and contractors to ensure the works are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to the local community. This project has been particularly rewarding because it not only improves the sustainability of the housing stock but also has a direct impact on reducing fuel poverty and improving the quality of life for residents.
