Access to Services with Interpreters: User Views 2002-2004
This study is an examination of the experiences and understandings of people who need interpretersThis project, funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, studied people who need interpreters so that they can register with and use a range of health, welfare, legal and other services.
