British Council Women in STEM Scholarships
British Council Women in STEM Scholarships
The Women in STEM Scholarships support women studying a one-year Advanced Chemical Engineering MSc, Electrical and Electronic Engineering MSc or Mechanical Engineering MSc, starting in autumn 2026.
In partnership with the British Council, we are offering five fully funded scholarships for women who are Egyptian passport holders and permanent residents of Egypt.
The award covers:
- full overseas tuition fees
- a £20,780 annual stipend
- English language test, visa, travel and IHS fees
- Return economy class travel to the UK from your home country.
If you are successful, you will need to cover your costs initially, but we will provide full reimbursement once you have enrolled, submitted receipts, and provided UK bank account details.
Aliza Ines, international Chemical Engineering student, chose to study at LSBU for connections with employers. Watch the video above to find out more!
