Located just a minute’s walk from LSBU’s main campus, McLaren House offers a convenient and vibrant living experience for our students.

January 2026 Accommodation Discount – Terms and Eligibility Criteria
1. Discount Details
- Value: 75% discount on accommodation fees for 1st semester – approx. £3000 discount
- Residence: Applicable only to rooms at McLaren House
- Period: Valid for the full 1st semester of residence. January 2026 until August 2026.
- Limited capacity: LSBU to withdraw offer when capacity is reached
2. Eligibility
To qualify, students must:
- Hold an unconditional offer for a January 2026 start date at LSBU
- Be classified as international fee-paying students
- Be enrolling on an Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate Taught (PGT) programme
- Pay full 1st year tuition fees in advance by December 1st 2025.
- Fully enrol by the course start date (26 January 2026) – including arrival in the UK and completion of onboarding requirements
- Apply for accommodation and accept the McLaren House offer within the specified timeframe
3. Exclusions
This offer is not available to:
- Students enrolling on Postgraduate Research (PhD, MRes) or Study Abroad programmes
- Students who have not paid full tuition fees by the stated deadline
- Students residing in any other LSBU accommodation apart from McLaren House
4. Additional Notes
- The discount cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with any other accommodation offer.
- Any room type in McLaren House can be selected.
- The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- LSBU reserves the right to amend the eligibility criteria or terminate the offer without prior notice.
- Deferred entrants from September 2025 and students progressing from ONCAMPUS/partner pathway programmes are eligible, provided they meet all other conditions.
- This is a discount and can be used in conjunction with scholarships.

- Full tuition fee payment deadline: December 1st 2025
- Course start date: January 2026 intake date
