Top marks for student satisfaction in Engineering at LSBU
We’re proud to share that London South Bank University has performed exceptionally well in the Complete University Guide University League Tables by subject 2026 for student satisfaction in Engineering!
- 1st in the UK for student satisfaction in Mechanical Engineering
- 2nd in the UK for student satisfaction in Electrical Engineering
- 4th in the UK for student satisfaction in Chemical Engineering
These results reflect the hard work of our academic teams and the vibrant, supportive community we’ve built at LSBU.
Mina Stojic, final-year Mechanical Engineering BEng student who is going on to study at Cambridge, said:
“I think LSBU ranks so highly because of its tight-knit engineering community and the incredible support for student-led projects such as South Bank Racing. Events like ‘Pizza with the Dean’ and monthly socials help create connections across the School of Engineering and Design. I’ve gained technical knowledge, project management experience, and an understanding of the real-world impact of engineering.”
Speaking about Chemical Engineering (BEng), current student Aaren Laurente Silveria, added:
