London South Bank University enters top 100 League in Complete Universities Guide
London South Bank University (LSBU) leaps 15 places to enter the top 100 in the Complete University Guide 2019 national league table for the first timeLondon South Bank University (LSBU) has today (Wednesday 25 April) entered the top 100 places in the Complete University Guide 2019 national league table.
LSBU leapt an impressive 15 places from 108th in 2017 to 93rd place this year placing us in the top 10 universities climbing up the league table.
Year on year LSBU has been steadily improving its performance across the full range of measures reviewed by the Complete University Guide.
Our key achievements include:
- Teaching excellence: In 2017 the University was recognised with a TEF Silver award for teaching excellence;
- In the top 20 nationally for graduate employment and starting salaries: In 2016-17, 82% of LSBU leavers were in graduate employment and further study (UK average is 75%). climbing year on year from 48% in 2013 to 82% in 2016/17;
- Industry recognition for employability and graduate prospects: Awarded University of the Year for Graduate Employment & Prospects 2018 by The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide.
