LSBU students selected to perform at FUSE International 2023

LSBU’s externally facing student theatre company – TransformArts! has again been selected to perform on the main stage of The Rose Theatre Kingston for this year’s FUSE International festival. FUSE is one of the leading showcases for early career artists’ work and BA Acting and Performance students will be premiering the latest play in a trilogy written by actor/playwright Alex McSweeney focusing on the impact of the cost-of-living crisis on the young generation. SPENT is a series of 5 short, interlinked plays set to music composed and performed by the company under the guidance of Lisa Cowling (songwriter to Kylie Minogue, Sugarbabes, Girls Aloud etc).
