LSBU academic to deliver keynote address at Women’s History Network conferenceDr Lisa Pine (Reader in History) has been invited to give the keynote address at the annual Women's History Network conference.
The Women's History Network, whose conference this year is to be hosted at the University of Worcester, aims to promote the research of historical women. The annual conference to promote the history of women, will this year focus on Home Fronts: Gender, War and Conflict.
Lisa's lecture entitled: 'German Women and the Home Front in the Second World War' will close the conference on Sunday 7 September. Dr Pine teaches on the Politics, Criminology and Sociology Degrees at LSBU on themes relating to war, genocide and social change.
