Collectively, our tenant community generated an income of £34m in the last year

There's a lot more to our work spaces than office rental and desk space. Our tenant community is made up of established SMEs, start-ups, student businesses, academics, and members of the Research, Enterprise and innovation Team who share knowledge, experience and creativity to foster success and create opportunity.

Our tenant businesses contribute to the University in a whole host of ways: taking on interns, giving talks and lectures, inputting into the curriculum, and judging our business competitions. Their current, practical knowledge and experience is of enormous value to both students and staff.
