This campus has a real community feel and is set in a leafy part of Harold Wood in Essex, is conveniently placed and accessible by local public transport services and, within easy reach of central London. It is a centre of education for our Pre Qualifying Nursing and Post Qualifying Continuing Personal and Professional Development (CPPD) programmes.

Directions

The campus is situated off Gubbins Lane Road, Harold Wood, via a residential street named 'The Drive'. Approximately half a mile along 'The Drive' signage leads you to the LSBU campus.

By train - Trains from London (Liverpool Street station - platforms 15 to 19) take approximately 30 minutes to Harold Wood. Trains from Stratford station to Harold Wood take 20 minutes. Proceed along 'The Drive' for approx 0.5 mile until you reach a side gate which is signed London South Bank University. Turn left through the side gates then follow the LSBU signs to the campus. The side access also provides access to NHS Havering's Polyclinic and Long Term Conditions Centre.

By train - National Express East Anglia mainline trains from London (Liverpool Street Station - Platforms 15-19) take approximately 30 minutes to Harold Wood Station. Please remember to check the destination of the train as some trains terminate one stop before Harold Wood Station at Gidea Park. East Anglia trains from Stratford Station to Harold Wood Station take approximately 20 minutes. 'The Drive' is situated on the opposite side of the road to Harold Wood Station, and a short walk past the bus stop.

By tube - LSBU at Havering is not on the London Underground system. The nearest tube station is Hornchurch on the District Line.

By bus - The 256, 296 and 294 buses all stop at Harold Wood station.

By bicycle - A sheltered cycle rack is available on site.

By car - The university is unable to provide student car parking facilities at its Havering campus.

Harold Wood is signposted as a turning off the main A12 trunk road between Junction 28 of the M25 and A12/A127 Gallows Corner roundabout.
