
London South Bank University's main campus is based in Elephant and Castle, central London. Known as our Southwark campus, it can be easily reached via the Underground on the Northern or Bakerloo lines, and we're in walking distance of Waterloo and London Bridge overground stations.

By train and tube - our closest stations are Waterloo, London Bridge and Elephant & Castle and they are all within walkable distance.

Parking amenities at LSBU are very limited. We can reserve short-term visitor parking, however we are unable to guarantee spaces. To pre-book parking, your University contact (a member of staff) must contact Reception Services on your behalf with your name and registration details. Reservations can only be made by a member of staff and not directly by visitors.
The University does not provide student parking on-site; therefore we cannot reserve parking for students.

Dating back to the origins of our institution over 100 years ago, the Borough Road building contains the Tower block, M block, extension block and Joseph Lancaster House (J block). It is home to our Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering, Science and the Built Environment. Its facilities include a refectory and the Edric Hall performing arts centre.
The Faraday wing is mostly used by our Department of Informatics, in the Faculty of Business.
K2 houses the Faculty of Health and Social Care and The Department of Education. Facilities include four modern lecture theatres, 12 skills labs for the Faculty of Health and Social Care, 10 mock education classrooms and the Geo Cafe serving hot and cold drinks, baguettes and hot snacks.
As well as its facilities for conferences and small events this architectural landmark provides teaching space for the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences and is a centre of excellence for our media courses. Magnificent views available from the eigth floor.
The teaching and administrative home for our Faculty of Business also incorporates the Abbey Conference Suite, a refectory and Cafe 264.

The centre is home to all non-academic services: Student Advice, Employability, Accommodation, Fees & Bursaries and Disability & Dyslexia Support. It also accommodates the social and support facilities of our Students' Union.
The student support service Skills for Learning, the Chaplain, Confucius Institute and the LSBU Legal Advice Clinic are located at Caxton House.
Not only does our library hold thousands of course-specific texts but also a significant number of key journal subscriptions, past examination papers, audiovisual resources and subject databases.
The LRC on Borough Road provides free computer access to all students and staff, as well as printing, scanning and photocopying facilities. Further specialist facilities for Engineering and Language students are also available.
Human Resources and many other university support departments are located here, alongside the Vice-Chancellor's office and a range of smaller enterprises and not-for-profit organisations.
The Dante Road residence contains 414 rooms for first year undergraduate, returning and postgraduate students. The complex is located approximately 5-10 minutes walk from our Southwark campus and is conveniently situated for the Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre and its underground links. Ideally located for enjoying the arts centres of the South Bank, and with Underground and main line station services close by, David Bomberg House contains 289 en-suite bedrooms, each with a shower, handbasin and toilet. The rooms are available to students who are postgraduates, returning or studying with the Faculty of Health and Social Care. More information on David Bomberg House.
Ideally located for the South Bank and public transport links, McLaren House contains 600 single rooms for first year undergraduate and returning students. Residents share communal kitchen/dining areas and the vast majority of bedrooms are en-suite, with a shower, handbasin and toilet. More information on the McLaren House residence.
