Dr Zulfikar Adamu is an Associate Professor of Strategic IT in Construction in the School of The Build Environment and Architecture at London South Bank University (LSBU).
Dr Oluwadamilola Aguda
Dr Oluwadamilola “Dami” Aguda is in the division of Construction, Property and Surveying, School of the Built Environment and Architecture.
Dr Ali Bayyati
Ali has extensive experience in surveying, construction management, commercial management and construction technology, and is currently course director of our BSc Commercial Management and BSc Construction Management programmes.
Kate Ellis
Kate Ellis teaches Construction Law and Property Law to construction and property professionals.
Dr Daniel Fong
Daniel Fong is an Associate Professor in the Division of Construction, Property and Surveying, School of the Built Environment and Architecture. Daniel was the Academic Director for the subject area and has led a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as modules. He was also the link tutor for various collaboration programmes, both in the UK and abroad. Prior to joining the university, Daniel worked as a project manager in the construction industry.
Dr Guowei Gu
Guowei began his academic career when he joined LSBU in 2006, after working in the professional real estate industry for 15 years.
Maggie Hammond
Maggie Hammond is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Law at LSBU. She is also a member of the Gender and Sexualities research group and the Construction Management Economics and Integrated Delivery research group.
Jennifer Hardi
Jennifer Hardi's research interests are in Building Information Modelling, Life Cycle Assessment and sustainable buildings. She is a chartered member of CIAT (MCIAT) and involved in peer reviewing international journals specialising in sustainability.
Darren James
Darren's specialisms include construction, surveying, environmental issues in construction and surveying, and educational paths into the built environment sector.
Scott King
Scott is a specialist in property and real estate, property valuation for commercial real estate, training and coaching for property professionals and property research.
Lynne Michael
Lynne has an extensive career as a registered valuer and advisor. Her core competencies include the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential and rural property interests as well as statutory and compulsory purchase valuation procedures.
Sally Mitchell
Sally Mitchell is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Construction Property & Surveying, School of Built Environment. She delivers modules across BSc and MSc programmes for the department.
Dr Job Momoh
Dr. Job is an architectural professional with expertise in Sustainability, Construction Technology, Future Cities and Urban Informatics/BIM. He holds a Ph.D. in Architecture and Urban Development and also a master's and bachelor’s degree in Architecture and currently has over 7 years’ experience in research, teaching, and practice. Dr. Job seeks to use the knowledge/skills acquired to enhance student’s experience as well as, prepare them to be professionally equipped to face the ever-changing industry of the 21st century through advanced innovative research and teaching.
He recently joined London South Bank University in 2019 as a University Lecturer in Construction Technology. Prior to that he has carried out professional teaching and research experience at Nottingham Trent University and Liverpool University alongside working as a Sustainability Consultant in the UK has given him a thorough working knowledge in both the design and the application of Sustainability, Construction Technology, and Architecture within the built environment. Dr. Job also has grounded practical experience in the construction industry where he occupied various positions such as Architectural Technologist, Project Coordinator and Trainee Architect on various projects. These demonstrate an in-depth academic knowledge and practical experience in Architecture and the Built Environment.
Dr Steve Phillips
Dr Steve Phillips is the Course Director for MSc in Building Surveying and BSc (Hons) Building Surveying in the School of The Built Environment and Architecture.
Eliana Voutsadakis
Eliana Voutsadakis is the Course Director of the BSc Construction Management.
