If you are a chocolate lover, this course is for you. Learn how to make the perfect chocolate melt-in-your-mouth cookie, and a layered white and dark chocolate mousse that will never let you down.
We will approach:
Equipment, tools and ingredients, as well as aprons, hairnets and bags to carry the products home, will be provided by NBS. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes with closed toes.
