This is a short course which will be held in two weeks. Part 1 and Part 2: if you have always dreamt about learning how to make flowers in gum paste and/or fondant, this is the class for you: our own Jane Hatton will teach you techniques, skills and exceptional tips, for outstanding results.

  • Spathoglottis orchid
  • Rose hips
  • Pulled jasmin
  • Foliage
  • Dust and wire up rose spray

Equipment, tools and ingredients, as well as aprons, hairnets and bags to carry the products home, will be provided by NBS. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes with closed toes.
