How can I see my academic timetable?
Where can I find my induction timetable?
Your induction timetable is available via your student portal. Your induction is a key part to understanding your year ahead, as well as getting to know your course mates and lecturers as a starting point for your academic year.
Where can I see a list of Welcome & Freshers events?
All events and activities can be found on our website and using our exclusive guidebook app. Search “LSBU guide” in your App Store and plan your welcome week with ease!
How do I get a Council Tax exemption letter?

I’ve lost my ID card, how do I get a new one?
If you have lost your student ID card, you will need to go to Borough Road security desk, on the first floor. You are able to have a day pass printed, but this is only valid for a day, for example if you have forgotten your card but do know where it is.
Where do I get a Student Oyster Card
A student Oyster card can be accessed on the TfL website. However you must be a full time enrolled student to be able to access one.
How do I login to campus wifi?
Eduroam is our WiFi. Use your student email account and password to access. If you have any issues contact the student IT service desk, via the library website . Or visit the service desk in the Perry Library, ground floor West.
I’m interested in joining a student society, where can I find out what’s on offer?
Societies are facilitated by the students union and run by students for students. You can find the full range of students groups on their website . If you want to speak to someone in person about societies, make sure to drop by the Student Life Centre on the 23rd of September from 11am-4pm where freshers fair will be taking place.
Do we have a gym on campus?
Yes we do! LSBU Active can be found down Ontario street (between the Keyworth and Faraday building), and are out and about during welcome week, encouraging you to get involved and get active during your time here at LSBU. More information about Sport at LSBU can be found here.
