Once you have applied you will normally receive a response within three working days. If you do not meet the allocation criteria or hold a conditional offer on an LSBU course, you may be required to wait until late August/September before we are able to process your application. However, the Accommodation Service will contact you if this is the case.
Only our Accommodation Service can make you an offer of a place in one of our halls of residence. If your application is successful, we’ll send you an email.
Accepting your accommodation offer
Please accept your accommodation offer within seven days to avoid your offer being withdrawn.
You can accept your offer through the Online Accommodation Application System.
Please have a payment card ready to pay the £300 room-booking fee during the process. Your accommodation offer is not secured until the room booking fee payment and online acceptance process has been completed.
Once you’ve accepted your offer you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to move in!
You’ll need to pay the first instalment of your residence fees before or when you arrive at your accommodation. You can pay online, via a bank transfer or in person. Find out more about residence fee payments in the Accommodation section of the student portal MyLSBU.
If you have a Student Loan you will be required to make a minimum payment of six weeks residence fees on or before the start of the Accommodation Agreement, with the balance due when you receive your Student Loan.
If you have any issues with your account, please contact the Accommodation Service on 020 7815 6417 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
