Supporting BME engineers
The School of Engineering actively supports the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK). This Association promotes high achievement in engineering education, particularly among students and professionals from ethnic minority backgrounds.
In collaboration with the AFBE-UK, the School has organised a series of employability events to improve professional skills, increase confidence and enhance engineering students’ social capital.
