Sophie Mackay is a senior lecturer in Education studies in the Division of Education in the School of Law and Social Sciences. She is the Course Director for the Masters and Postgraduate programmes in Education, SEND, Autism and Mentoring which are on offer in the Division.
Sophie’s research interests are in forest schools and outdoor learning as well as the relationship between childhood and society. Prior to joining LSBU Sophie worked as a lecturer in Children’s literature at Roehampton University.
