Shahrukh Irfan

Senior Lecturer in Taxation


Mr Shahrukh Irfan is a chartered accountant and a chartered tax advisor. He is a graduate of London School of Economics (LSE) in Accounting and Finance. He has worked at Big Four firms in London for many years.

Shahrukh has taught at undergraduate levels as well as on MBA and executive MBA cohorts. His teaching interests span the general areas of accounting, finance, taxation and economics.

Mr Irfan teaches ‘advanced personal taxation’ and ‘financial accounting and analysis’ courses on BA Accounting and Finance programme.

Mr Irfan is an entrepreneur and is working on establishing an Ed-tech venture that aims to help students with their academic future planning including but not limited to, admission advice, career counselling and planning, and psychometric assessments.
