Hannah Northrop is a lecturer in Urban and Environmental Planning specialising in Law and Environmental challenges such as climate change. She has transitioned from Practice with experience in both the public and private planning sectors. She has a range of experience including Environmental Impact Assessment applications, Mineral and Waste applications, infrastructure and Housing applications on both Major and Minor Scales, and Environmental Science background.
Hannah teaches multiple modules across masters, undergraduate degrees, and Apprenticeships within the Planning remit. Her modules include Planning Law in Practice, Environmental Management and Climate Change, Development Management, Professional Profile, and Making Sustainable places. She also works as a dissertation supervisor and module coordinator.
