Glenn Elliott

Come along to this years Annual Alumni Hitesh Tailor Lecture and hear employee engagement expert Glenn Elliott talk about his research into the top performing companies

Have you ever wondered how companies like AirBnb and Google continue to innovate and dominate the market?

As this year’s guest speaker for the Annual Hitesh Tailor Lecture Series, Glenn Elliot will be giving his insight into how companies do exactly that.

Launched in 2011 by LSBU alumnus and long-term donor Hitesh Tailor, these annual lectures welcome notable alumni back to the University to share their experiences. Glenn is an employee engagement expert, entrepreneur and co-author of Build It: The Rebel Playbook for Employee Engagement which is due out in February. He has a decade of experience in company culture and leadership development. He founded Reward Gateway, the employee engagement technology company and is also an advisor to boards on getting the best out of their people.

In this inspiring yet practical keynote, Glenn will share his research of the world's top-performing companies. He’ll weave case studies and practical takeaways into The Engagement Bridge™ – his ten-step model for building a high engagement, high innovation culture. You’ll leave empowered and inspired to make positive change and unlock the full potential of the people you work with.
