Showcasing AHP advanced practice and innovation across London
|Date:||14 November 2018|
|Time:||15:00 - 19:00|
Sharing results of a mixed methods study exploring the experiences of AHP, Advanced Practitioners are established and new models of care in London
LSBU has led a two-year long project called ADAPT arising from recognition of several key areas where professional groups needed to respond to the 'Five Year Forward View' to support the transformation of the workforce and optimise patient outcomes. A wealth of information has been gathered using quantitative and qualitative approaches including an online survey and semi-structured interviews.
This event, taking place in Advanced Practice Week, #AdvPracWeek18, is timely as the place of the different AHP's in the HEE Advanced Clinical Practice Framework implementation activities gains momentum.
Delegates will gain:
1. An understanding of the key findings of the ADAPT project.
2. An opportunity to reflect on the current situation and how new models of advanced practice are emerging.
3. Awareness of examples of AHP Advanced Practitioner innovation.
Full event programme coming soon.
