Accepting an offer

When you are emailed an offer of accommodation there is a deadline by which it must be accepted. Offer deadlines are normally seven days from the date of offer. Overdue offers will be withdrawn if you fail to respond. Where possible, a member of the Accommodation Service team will contact you before the offer of accommodation is withdrawn.

How to accept

In order to accept the offer of accommodation you are required to login to your account of the Online Accommodation Application Service and follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure that you have your credit/debit card available before you start the acceptance process as there is a room-booking fee of £300 sterling to be paid at the end of it.

On completing the acceptance process you will receive a confirmation email containing information of your acceptance, arrival details and travel information. If you experience difficulties with the acceptance process contact a member of the Accommodation Service team before the offer of accommodation expires to ensure you do not lose your place.

Once accepted

When the acceptance process is complete no further correspondence will be sent until one week before your accommodation agreement begins. Everything you need to know will have been sent to you in the attachment to your original offer email.

If you have any queries regarding any of the above contact the Accommodation Service and a member of the team will help you.
