LSBU & Brixton Topcats is an exciting new partnership for ‘09/10 between Brixton Topcats national league Basketball Club, and the LSBU Academy of Sport’s performance Basketball programme.

The aim of the partnership is to align community coaching, outreach activities and performance basketball programmes under the world-famous Topcats identity – supported by LSBU’s scholarship and sports science provision. Both the LSBU Men's 1st team and the Brixton Topcats Men's 1st team will play in their respective competitions as the newly-christened 'LSBU Brixton Topcats'.

The partnership is made up of two programmes:
