The Academy of sport regularly runs courses in fitness instructing and personal training. Successful candidates will gain an industry recognised Central YMCA Qualifications. CYQ is the UK's leading health and fitness specific awarding body. All courses are taught by qualified professionals and run at specific times of the year.
