Francis Babayemi has been a Sessional Lecturer at LSBU since 2008. Francis divides his time between working at LSBU and working at the Department of Health, where he works as a Digital Operations Manager.
Phillip specialises in Intelligent Decision Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Case-Based Reasoning; particular interests are in knowledge representation formalisms, reasoning with uncertainty, fuzzy logic and Bayesian Inference.
Martin's specialist teaching areas include computer operating systems and internet technologies. His research specialism is novel forms of multiple-choice assessment. He is founder/director of the educational assessment company QuizSlides Ltd.
Dr. Christos Chrysoulas' research interests lie in the area of Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, Big Data, E-Learning systems, Smart Grids, and IoT. He has more than 25 technical papers (Book Chapters, Journal and Conference papers) in these areas.
Tasos Dagiuklas’ research interests lie in the area of smart Internet technologies including open-based networking, digital-immersive media, cloud-computing, QoE Modeling-Management and Internet of Everything. He has over 130 publications including books and book chapters, journal articles and conference publications.
Dr Iqbal specialises in mobile cloud computing and open-based networking with interests in 5G technologies, multimedia cloud computing, mobile edge computing, fog computing, Internet of Things, software-defined networking, network function virtualisation, quality of experience, and cloud infrastructures and services.
Dilip leads the information systems research in the School of Engineering and has experience of areas of information management and modelling, data mining, knowledge management, ontologies, social aspects of computing and key performance indicators.
Dr Nikoloas Pitropakis is the Director of the MSc Systems and Cyber Security course at London South Bank University (LSBU) and an expert in the field of Cloud Computing Security, Malicious Insider Threat and Steganography.
Peter Rosner is an experienced software engineer. His interests are in software development in Java and include user interface design, enterprise frameworks and service-oriented software and software metrics, particularly applied to Java.
