Whilst being on the course we've setup our own company called ZoLo Designs. With that comes free office space for the time that we are on the course. We also get access to all the workshops. We get software for the computers. We get an awful lot of support.

My LSBU experience has been positive from day one. It was tough returning to study, but I have been very lucky because LSBU has a fantastic support system.

The part-time course fitted in very well with starting a new job in a good firm. When I started at Jones Lang LaSalle (company) my knowledge of property was very weak but London South Bank University helped fill in a lot of the gaps in my knowledge. The first year was quite broad and I feel that really helped me in doing my job.

If you are interested in a career in building services, London South Bank University has to be the place to go.

I went in not really knowing very much about building services and came out with an MSc which is very highly regarded in the industry and I walked straight into a job.

The time spent at the LSBU was very fruitful and this experience really met, if not exceeded, all my expectations.

Everything I have achieved is due to the support of the university and my incredible friends, who showed me that I can ‘become what I want to be’. 

I knew that if I wanted to climb up the educational ladder, I needed to have a broad depth of understanding, knowledge and skill base. I feel that the MA has given me that opportunity.
