Richard Griffin, Director of the Institute of Vocational Learning, is writing a regular on-line blog for the Training Journal(TJ). The TJ is the leading journal for Learning and Development professionals.
Richard said: "This is a great opportunity to highlight research and other work that LSBU has been doing on workforce development to a wider audience, including people working in the private sector. There is a lot of good research about what makes training effective but little of that makes its way to practitioners. I am hoping in a small way that the blog will help change that"
