Managing the development and delivery of effective employee engagement programmes cross the university.
Reviewing and evaluating learning and development requirements across the organisation and work with training providers to deliver on these.
Initiating change management initiatives and supporting faculties through significant change.
Managing and developing the Organisational & Staff Development team so that accurate, timely and relevant data and information is available to support business decisions, and that a refocused business partnering service is provided to support business transition Continually developing and improving the organisational culture ( via performance management system, competency framework and learning and development solutions)
