MARU offers a RICS accredited masters programme for health, design and construction professionals.

Our UK and EU post-graduate masters programme is open access - student applications are assessed on relevant experience as well as professional qualification. The course is aimed at both individual students and trusts or companies who are involved in, or wish to be involved in, the planning and construction or development of buildings for health care delivery.

Modules/Units

The course is delivered in six 5-day modules which together with the dissertation build up to the Masters Degree. All units are accredited by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineering, Design and Planning Leaders.

Part-time

Three 5-day sessions during autumn and spring terms over two years. Dissertation study 1 further year.

Full-time

Attendance over 1 academic year (13 months) with 6 taught units and an individual dissertation study.
