We are not a counselling service but we can help you find a counselling service if required.
Our advisers are available to speak to you on a one to one basis either in an hour long appointment or in a 15 minute drop in ‘quick query’. The availability for these services is listed below:

If you cannot find the answer to any of your questions in our student tax library, then our professional staff will be happy to answer your queries by email, as our research has shown this to be the most effective and efficient method of communication to suit your timetable. However there may be occasions when our professional staff may contact you by telephone in order to discuss your tax affairs if there is an area of complexity or to assist your understanding. Please note that at LSBU Havering all advice is offered in one to one sessions with the adviser who covers that site.
The service is based in the Technopark on London Road, the building has full disabled access.
