
The Student Advice Workers are responsible for providing information, advice & guidance to help students develop strategies for improving their academic and personal skills which are essential for successful adaptation to university life, personal effectiveness and further study. The Student Advice Workers are able to help you with personal and emotional issues, Financial and money management, well-being issues and exam anxiety. They are able to advise all LSBU students across all faculties and levels of study, the service offered is a free and confidential service. It is not a counselling service but the Student Advice Workers are able to help any student find a counselling service if required.

However there may be occasions when our professional staff may contact you by telephone in order to discuss your tax affairs if there is an area of complexity or to assist your understanding. The service is based in the Technopark on London Road, the building has full disabled access.
