This study built on the
sample and methods of the Inventing Adulthoods study,
incorporating a focus on the relationship between family and
social change, the types of social capital deployed by the
young people, and their experiences of education, employment
and intimate life, related to age, social class, family form,
gender, ethnicity and religious affiliation.
