The English that you use in higher education can sometimes be very different to the English you have learnt at school or college. To help you with the academic English that you will need to be familiar with, there are courses and clinics that you can attend throughout your time with us. Alternatively there is a pre-sessional English course that you can take in the months before you join your course.

You can also speak to them about general welfare issues, such as settling into life in the UK, as well as any personal problems you may be facing.
