Email
London South Bank University, like all large organisations, has become dependent on its email service. It is the most widely used IT service by far, and on a typical day the university receives over 30,000 messages.

LSBU email uses Microsoft Exchange for existing students and staff and for new students (starting September 2010)Microsoft Outlook Live.

Staff and existing students

Access to your mailbox and folders on campus is made using Microsoft Outlook 2010 which is part of the Office 2010 Suite of Programs (on campus service only). You may also access your mailbox by using your web browser at http://mail.lsbu.ac.uk/ There are instructions if you require them at Using Outlook Web Access [OWA]

NOTE: LSBU does not permit off Campus access to LSBU email using Outlook Desktop Clients, for security reasons.

New students (attending courses from September 2010)

If you are a new student who is attending courses at LSBU for the first time from September 2010 please go to MyLSBU web site
