Our comprehensive selection of courses in health and social care are offered across two campuses: our main campus at Southwark in London and other facilities at Havering in Essex.
Currently almost £50 million is being spent to create two totally fit-for-purpose buildings at our Southwark campus which will open as soon as next year. One will house the Faculty of Health and Social Care with teaching spaces and a suite of skills laboratories that have been created with our students very much in mind. Other facilities will include a brand new Students' Union and an on-site medical centre.
In addition to our two key campuses we also have a presence at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH). All GOSH pre-registration nurses are trained at LSBU and each year around 350 pre-registration children's nursing students studying diploma and degree courses are trained at GOSH.
