Withdrawals and interruptions
All students:
If your withdrawal or interruption form is received by the following dates or you are withdrawn your fees will be adjusted as follows:
- at any time during the first term (see academic calander): you must pay 25% of your full year's Tuition Fee plus any registration and residential fee
- at any time during the second term: you must pay 50% of your full year's Tuition Fee plus any registration and residential fee
- at any time during the third term, you must pay your full year's Tuition Fee plus any registration and residential fee
If you are a full-time Home undergraduate student awarded a fee reduction as part of our National Scholarship Program (NSP) and as a result of your withdrawal or interruption your overall fee liability is reduced, you will no longer be eligible for the NSP fee reduction.
Any refund is at the discretion of the University. You will need to complete a refund request form.. Download the Refund Request Form (PDF 396KB - opens in new window). Refund procedures are detailed on this form. Partial withdrawals or interruptions, (where you stop studying modules after having started them), will not result in any adjustment to your fees.
