Our goal is to create an inclusive learning environment where diversity is valued, differences are celebrated, and all members of the university’s community realise their full potential and ‘become what they want to be’.
We have created an evolving resource for our staff, students, and diversity professionals to share and contribute to.
It is now widely acknowledged that we set the standard for inclusiveness when compared to other HEI’s, but we are not complacent and have developed the Knowledge Pool as a resource to ensure that we continue to progress up the learning curve in relation to equality and diversity
