Administration and records
The University makes every effort to ensure that the information it holds and processes about its students is accurate and up-to-date. This enables the University to carry out its academic and administrative duties, such as the mailing of correspondence, production of Degree Award Certificates and the recording of academic progress efficiently and effectively.
In order for the University to maintain accurate records it is essential that students inform their Faculty Office or Fees and Bursary Office of any change to their personal details or academic programme.

Staff at the Fees and Bursary Office are available to help with enquiries about fees, student loans, bursaries, cheques, the Access to Learning Fund, withdrawals, interruptions of study, refunds and change of name, address or course.

Faculty Offices
A Faculty Office is located in each Faculty. The Faculty Office is where you hand in your coursework, obtain course literature and timetables, and get letters - for example, to confirm your student status to open a bank account. Staff in Faculty Offices are available to answer your questions and refer you to appropriate support services.
