Applying to London South Bank University

Process of applying
We welcome application from GSM students. You can make an application through our Clearing system. Simply follow the step-by-step process to submit your application. There is no need to apply through UCAS; we will take care of that for you.
Alongside this, we will need to see your transcripts in order to screen your application. Please send a scanned/clear photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you include your full name, date of birth and the course you have applied for.
Once we have your application and transcript, we will make a decision on your application and let you know of the outcome by email.
We will open a dedicated helpline for GSM applicants from Tuesday 13th August at 9 am. The number is 020 7815 7878. The opening hours will be:
- Tuesday 13 August – 9am-5pm
- Wednesday 14 August – 9am-5pm
- Thursday 15 August – 7am-7pm
- Friday 16 August – 7am-7pm
- From 19 August onward – 9am-5pm

We will be offering dedicated campus tours for GSM students on the following dates:
- Tuesday 13 August at 2pm
- Wednesday 14 August at 11am
